جرائم تقنية المعلومات:
خصص المشرع العماني الفصل الثالث من قانون “مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات” لجريمة إساءة استخدام وسائل تقنية المعلومات وذلك بمعاقبة كل من استخدم الشبكة المعلوماتية أو وسائل تقنية المعلومات لأغراض ارتكاب جرائم تقنية المعلومات.
